Learning Contracts

As at all further education establishments, we require our students to sign a Learning Contract on entering our Sixth Form. This contract very clearly sets out what we offer our students, and, equally as important, what expectations we have of our students. This document aims to set out the support and intervention that is offered to students studying in the Sixth Form at Withernsea High School. It is a guide for students, staff and parents and lays out where students can go if they have a problem.

Welcome

Welcome to the Sixth Form at Withernsea High School. The main aim of the Sixth Form is to allow our students to “Continue Achieving”. We offer a wide range of courses that aim to allow our students to take the next step towards adult life. Whether a student is studying A-Levels, BTECs or Hair and Beauty we work hard to ensure they are supported and developed to their full potential. As a result, we are genuinely proud of the fact that every year we are able to send our students out into employment, apprenticeships, further training and to universities across the country.

This section of the website should provide you with an introduction to life in the Sixth Form. However, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at the High School.
