Would you like to develop your own understanding of Mental Health?

If so, we are offering a fantastic FREE opportunity to attend a short course which will look at the following key concepts:

• What is Mental Health?

• Language associated to Mental Health

• Causes and responses to stress

• Well-being and support

We are pleased to offer two dates to choose from: Wednesday 11th May (9.30am) or Friday 13th May (1.00pm).

Places must be booked in advance by contacting Mrs C Tomes (DDSL - Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead) via phone on 01964 611530 or email at tomesc@wscmapus.net

Please note this course is for adults only and each session is two hours long.

Support for students

We'd also like to take this opportunity to remind you that students can access support for a variety of issues, from anxiety and eating disorders, to bullying and self-harm, via our dedicated well-being webpage.

This can be found under the main Students menu and contains advice on who they can reach out to, both in and out of school, for help and support.
