A Withernsea High School student recently had the honour of representing Hull City in the national qualifiers of an international football tournament held to honour those who died in World War 1.

Student council leads school's show of remembrance

11/11/16 - Staff and students at Withernsea High School today joined the rest of the country in remembering the nation's war dead on Armistice Day.

The memory of a Withernsea High School teacher will live on with the unveiling of a memorial bench in the school’s garden.

Year 12 geographers swap the classroom for the coastline

Year 12 Geography students recently visited Withernsea beach to practise field skills in preparation for their independent fieldwork enquiries which they will undertake in the summer.
