Reminder: Meningitis ACWY Booster Immunisations

For all Year 10 and 11 students

If your consent form is not signed and returned by the 8th February 2016, this is the LAST CHANCE for you to receive the above vaccination. There is NOT a catch-up session for Year 11’s.

Can all Parents \ Carers of Year 10 and 11 students please sign and return this consent form to school urgently. This applies even if you DO NOT want your child to have the above immunisation.

These immunisations are to be held on Monday 8th February 2016.

If you do not receive a form or your child has lost it, replacements can be sourced from Mrs J McGee (Matron).

Safeguarding advice

This morning we have received a report that on Friday evening in Keyingham a silver / grey car, possibly a Peugeot 208 and driven by a male in their 50's, stopped and asked a student to get in. The student sensibly said no and reported this to their parents and the Police. Can I ask all parents / carers to remind their children about stranger safety and to report any concerns or suspicious behaviour to the Police and / or school.

Many thanks

Richard Williman, Headteacher
