School buses

As of Monday 6th July the buses will off-load students on the Holderness Learning Centre side of the driveway.  This arrangement will be in place until the end of term.

Cheers! Withernsea High School celebrates its 60th year with an Anniversary Ale

Withernsea High School has teamed up with an award-winning local brewery to deliver a unique memento to mark their 60th year - their very own Anniversary Ale.

The ale is a relabelled run of Great Newsome Brewery's top-selling "Frothingham Best", which in 2013 beat off stiff worldwide competition from hundreds of entries to be crowned the world's best bitter in the 'up to 5%' category of the World Beer Awards.

Junior Maths Challenge Success 2015

Students at Withernsea High School have achieved 4 silver and 3 bronze awards in this year’s UKMT Junior Maths Challenge.

Prom - Prize Draw and Lost Property

We forgot to do the Prize Draw at last week's Prom! So this week, with the help of Mrs Pindar, we have drawn names out of a box at random to give 9 lucky winners a prize.
